Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I arranged a price on installing a cooker before buying one so I knew what cooker to buy. Once the cooker arrived I tried to contact them via their mobile number. The number had been disconnected. I then tried to chat with them through the apps chat function but didn’t get any reply. They were polite on the phone and the price was very low.

We are an experienced, professional independent Building and Joinery Company based in Durham, who have been operating as a Limited Company for 5 years. We work with many homeowners and businesses throughout County Durham and the North East area. The business is owned and managed by two females who have extensive construction background knowledge and experience. We have put together a small team of equally knowledgeable and experienced tradesmen who are approachable, helpful and respectful. We undertake all kinds of building, joinery and painting and decoration work and are involved in all sizes of projects from kitchen or bathroom fitting to larger building projects. As well as getting a lot of repeat business from previously satisfied customers, we also get lots of positive comments on the way our tradesmen conduct themselves in their homes and businesses. Just to add to this, they had already been back twice to resolve issues & the second time was 4-5 hours trying to stop the drawers from sticking. 30 mins after they left they were sticking again. Just wish I could post pictures of the finished article here ??

In just under 2 years the sealant split from the shower tray and created bathroom and hall carpet flooding, requested Alex to take a look and give me a quotation to repair, despite a number of attempts to have him visit the property he stopped taking my calls.
