Cleaned the inside and outside of entire gutter going the dxtra mile to clean the gutter abov the conservatory which no one else has managed to reach since being installed about 30 years ago. Had to ring on a Friday late afternoon, so was not expecting anyone to help, but Ben called by trade center to collect some parts, then came and completed the job very competently, and had to work by torchlight. On top of that he did not overcharge two OAPs. Very happy and will use again.
