Kinda hard sellish, which wasn't huge fun. Then didn't hear from them for ages. Then a surveyer turned up to check the place out. Hadn't been told what we had said to sales about diggers not having access. Didn't look properly or measure access points. Then didn't hear from them for ages. Then phoned on Saturday eve asking if they could start Monday. Then turned up with a digger they couldn't get in.

Elliott responded quickly to my request, indicating that he could view the job promptly. However the damage incurred by the snow turned out to be less extensive than first thought and I did not need to proceed with this. Since the website requires a star rating I have given him good ratings bsed on the email exchange with him alone, no work having ben done.

Can't praise enough Tom and his crew, everything worked well despite this being a big project. Communication was great, arriving on time was good, and the price was reasonable. Both Martin and Lee come to my home looked at the job and gave me a very reasonable price, as a female on my own I was very concerned about having strange males in my home but I can assure you they not only put me at ease they were lovely. I had cause to call them VERY late that night they put me at ease and attended again the next day to a problem I had caused I would recommend any lone female use them.
