Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

Excellent job, really friendly and helpful guy. Have already phoned Martin about a couple of other urgent jobs that have come up in the last few days - both toilet cisterns out of service, and he has come out and sorted them out today. Awful, unprofessional and intrusive, didn't turn up when expected, took 2 months to finish job and double charged an extra 40% on top estimates. Just wanted the job finished, definitely not worth the money! Will be placing compliant directly with rated people website.

These guys were fantastic, turned up on time and did a great job. Ended up staying quite late into the evening fixing a mystery plumbing issue ( no fault of theirs) and didn't leave until it was perfect. They even came back 20 minutes later because they thought they'd forgotten to tidy something up. Couldn't ask for better service. Really nice, friendly people, who get the job done properly at a reasonable price. Would recommend and will be using again.

they gave me a price for the job I accepted. He lphoned to give me a start date so that I could do the preparation required.. An hour or two before his men were due to arrive he phoned to say that his team were not prepared to do the job without scaffolding and he would send scaffolder to give a price which would be extra to the job. The following day the scaffolder came. I have had no further contact with the company.work still remains not done. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend “Parkview”
