George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Watch out this company don’t answer there phones ignore your text , they gladly take your money, they push you for a 5 star rating immediately, then later all bad work starts showing through , we had a new roof on our conservatory the lead flashing needed to be replaced or just refitted they chose to leave it , now we have damp walls , tried to contact them but they just ignore me , Watch out people if you use these

Unfortunately Val has let me down, spent the day ripping up previous flooring, furniture outside under the gazebo, texted him to confirm all ready at 17h45 that night, his reply was that he was now abroad on a family emergency. He could have told me this sooner, surely?! Airport lounge at the latest?! Sorry, no recommendation from me, communication is key.
