The job started as refurbishing a kitchen extension. Nik and his guys worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Nik came up with the best possible layout given the space. I liked the way he worked so he ended up refurbishing the whole house. He made use of the materials and fixed things that needed fixing as he went along all within the quoted price. We hired Tim to replace our guttering on the front of our house - he told us that the fascia’s needed doing too so we trusted him and paid £1000 for the job. Within a few weeks it was clear that something wasn’t right as rain was pouring from the guttering. We had him back out to fix it but it still wasn’t resolved. We arranged 2 more times for him to visit and he didn’t turn up or communicate re. attending. We paid a huge amount and now probably need to hire someone else to come and correct the issue
