We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed. They worked incredibly hard and to the highest quality. They have been readily available to come over and finish off the final snags. We look forward to working with TBC again for our loft!

I have been in and out of the electrical field for a number of years participating in domestic installations and attending 1st phase jobs whilst under level 3 electricians. I am now qualified to a “C&G’s level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations“ (domestic electrician),this includes being competent in testing, diagnosis and fault finding in regards to 1st phase electricity. I am familiar with all electrics that tie in with domestic household/ dwellings ie lighting/ ring mains, radial, cookers circuits etc. I am a fan of customer care which I value wholeheartedly as I enjoy fulfilling customers expectations as best as I can. Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.
