Initially friendly but after doing a decent job on the guttering, quoted for roof work (shrews) which were done poorly and I had to get another tradesman to come and redo them; also refitted the slate roof on my porch - which then started to leak and once again I eventually had to get another tradesman to redo the work. I say initially friendly because when I followed up (I was promised a "10 year guarantee" which never materialised) they stopped returning my calls and messages. I gave plenty of chances.

Mark was prompt to quote and arrange to do the work. His work was well priced and restoration of our worktops saved us much higher cost of replacing them. He did a great job and tidied up after him self so came home to what feels like a new kitchen. Will be using Mark again for work on floors and would recommend him.
