Alex was quick to arrange a visit and came back with a reasonable quote shortly after. The work was done on time and with little mess. It was to a high standard and was very good value. We will definitely be using this company again.

The work was carried out to a high standard, they cleaned up as they went, I would be more than happy to recommend to friends and family. The work was done as per email, so I can move round my home with no problem. If I needed more work done I would not hesitate getting in contact. Thank you for a job well done. Carl and his team did a fantastic job when working on my garage extension and conversion project. It was the first time that I’ve ever done this type of thing but Carl’s communication was spot on from start to finish. He was courteous and communicative throughout and talked me through each day where the project was at and what was next. If I had to appoint a builder again for whatever reason I wouldn’t hesitate in appointing Martin Building Ltd to complete the job. Thanks again Carl!

Did not turn up in the morning. I had to travel to meet this tradesman as I don’t live in the property. He didn’t bother to let me know he is not coming. After texting him he said “ Am so sorry i didn’t update my diary can i come see you tomorrow morning ?” When I said he is not getting a good feedback then he’s changed the excuse to “daughter unwell”, certainly a lie. I’ve seen his FB business page so he is a bathroom fitter and joiner?!! I think I’ve had a lucky escape. Avoid.

An absolute pleasure to have them carry out brickwork repairs and reponting of our property. We were updated as to the starting date - promptly commenced at the time designated. , Work has been to a very high standard,and his attention to both mortar and brickwork matching has resulted in an almost new look to the building. Also his consideration to our neighbours during this messy disruption is also worthy of note. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering similar work. .

Friendly, professional and great attention to detail. Ron was thorough and meticulous when quoting the job which was quite a complex job as it was very bespoke. He asked a lot of questions which gave us the confidence that there wouldn't be unexpected charges. Ron was always on time, very reliable and left the house very tidy each night. We were aways kept informed of how the job was going and when it was expected to be finished. The quality of the work is very high and exactly what we had asked for. Highly recommended.

We couldn't rate MTW high enough! They have left us with a home to be proud of and the quality of workmanship is of the highest order. They have been professional and honest throughout our job. Extremely hard working and what they say they do! Nothing has been a problem for them and they took a great deal of pride in ensuring that we were totally happy with the work done.
