George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Graham and his selected team did a great job for us turning our dark cold basement into a lovely room that we use everyday, he was very clear throughout the whole process from quoting to completion and did additional jobs at a fair price. Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.
George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Dale and his team were brilliant. The schedule was set out and agreed in advance and adhered to pretty much to the day. The different trades turned up as planned and each one was excellent. We are delighted with the workmanship and the finished kitchen and would thoroughly recommend Dale, particularly with his experience of fitting Wren kitchens.

Very expensive for poor quality work
Our company specialises in the conversion of houses into flats and HMO’s. We have every trade working full time and employed. We do not use sub contractors. We are a reputable electrical contractor and plumbing contractor. We can carry out small to large works.

I was waiting for Morgan to come back and finish the job, as he promised. The workmanship was not professional at all. I've had to pay out more money to bring it to standard. I paid him in good faith that he would be back to finish the job, but no show. The doors are not level, the frame wasn't attached to the wall. The plaster is cracking and not even. The ceiling plaster boards were just knocked up over my coving. Was very laxed on days to come work. The list can go on. Not happy
Turned up, nice chap. Good discussion and agreed that he would get back to us with outline plans. Never heard from him again.
