We use the traditional working methods of bossing and lead welding, to fabricate bespoke flashing's and weathering details in lead; to modern domestic dwellings and listed buildings. Our ancillary services include flat roofing (including single ply E.P.D.M and GRP fibreglass roofing systems). A full first fix carpentry service, (installing weather boarding, fascias, rafters and dormers etc.) The installation of all roof line plastics, including fascia, soffits and guttering; and the installation of Velux windows and heritage roof windows and sky lights. We also rebuild and renovate brick built chimneys. We are fully insured and all of our work is guaranteed.

Craig carried out some roof repairs these were completed, with some issues with scaffolding being put up and taken down. However an issue with guttering which he was due return to fix has not been dealt with despite trying to get hold of him on many occasions.

Very reliable and efficient service. They gave valuable advise beforehand which not only improved the design but saved us money. I would highly recommend using this company. Work was carried out to a high standard with minimal mess and disruption all debris was cleared straightaway. Very friendly polite and experienced workers certainly a company to use again.

they gave me a price for the job I accepted. He lphoned to give me a start date so that I could do the preparation required.. An hour or two before his men were due to arrive he phoned to say that his team were not prepared to do the job without scaffolding and he would send scaffolder to give a price which would be extra to the job. The following day the scaffolder came. I have had no further contact with the company.work still remains not done. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend “Parkview”

I want to rate 0 but I don’t have that option because this tradesman doesn’t deserve one star. He left the job undone after we paid him thinking he will complete the job. We have called his phone every day and have gotten no response, he doesn’t reply his text messages. Quite frankly we are considering legal action against this tradesman. He had the keys to our home for one month and still did not complete the a job that would take him one week. Any advice on how to take legal action? 100% unprofessional
