After forging separate career paths in customer care, the NHS, and the plumbing industry we decided to pool our collective skills in customer service management and building services industry knowledge. During this time, Beth also founded an independent cleaning business while still maintaining her full time employment, with a primary focus on changeover cleans. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

You can see why Smith & Son get a good rating. You get a friendly builder that does a good job. We employed him to fit a steel beam and a door lintel. Alfie and the lads did a great job on our roof. They turned up on time, even though it was pouring with rain, and got stuck in straight away.
