Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Robert did a fantastic job refurbishing my bathroom, including dealing with unexpected mould and finding solutions that worked for me e.g. installing a dimmer switch as I am very sensitive to light and standard bathroom lights are too bright for me. He was very professional and clearly has a lot of experience as well as pride in his work. He was respectful of our home, very reliable and very hard working. I’d have no hesitation recommending him to anyone looking for someone to do a great job.

He also replaced our shower in the en-suite and did a perfect job as well as replacing new flooring tiling and completely decorating the en-suite .. I contracted the team for a bathroom refurbishment. Over the seven days they worked, they were always on time and worked solidly to get the job done. When I say ‘solidly’, they worked really hard. Communication was brilliant (replies to messages within a short time) and Andrew, the owner, was extremely helpful. Ended up with a low stress, excellent refurb all done in a timely manner. We have been very pleased with all aspects of Chris's work, the job was started on time and completed as scheduled. The en suite and downstairs loo being done before Christmas and the Main Family bathroom in the New Year. Any Snags were overcome and a high quaility finish in all rooms bringing our bathrooms upto date. Chris arrived when he said he would often 7.30 in the morning and even Saturdays.
