Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

Chris provided a stunningly good service from the beginning quote to the finished product 4 weeks later. He fitted the work in quickly, sourced all the materials delivering new tiles for me to look at to my front door; and went all the way to Watford to fetch them because they weren't available locally; he communicated regularly, and oversaw the job in my absence. The entire refit was done in a week as promised, and the quality of everything is absolutely superb. My new bathroom is just stunning.

Excellent team, from the person who came out to quote to the people doing the job. We had a family bathroom and ensuite re-fitted, and the team massively contributed ideas as to what we could do, but also carried out the work sympathetic to the fact we were still living here and needed a bathroom, even though that made the job longer. I had to hire another person to redo the sink area which cosmetically is quite messy. I requested refund from Claudio to cover this. Claudio called me and started arguing blaming me for providing rubbish materials. if it was rubbish why did he agree to use them in the first place? He also claims that this was not included in the price, which is a surprise to me. Seems to argue with anyone who does not like his job. Read the negative reviews from others. Very unpleasant experience.
