I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Janis was late for his initial appointment but did contact me in plenty of time and advised a new ETA. He looked at the issue and advised me of the plan to rectify and the cost. He was flexible working around my availability. He completed the job but I noticed that there was an issue so I contacted him and he came back quickly to rectify and then checked the following day to ensure all the problems had been solved. I am completely satisfied with his work and will definitely use again.

The gentleman that came was very friendly, diagnosed the problem in seconds, went to his van, got some lubricant and fixed the lock. He was in the house for about 15 mins. He said he had come from Leicester which I know is about an hour away. Now this is where I'm not sure. He charged me £60 which seems a lot for a 2 minute job. Obviously petrol, it wasn't an emergency. Is that normal price?
