I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Hi my names James and I’m a 26yr seasoned 1st and 2nd fix carpenter. Ive worked on everything from floors to loft conversions. Dados to doors to bespoke wardrobes. Garden rooms to bespoke gazebos.
James was friendly and knowledgeable. Gave us plenty of advice about how to properly look after the woodwork of the shed. Had clearly done similar work plenty of times before, and knew how to handle the task. Would recommend
20yrs in the trades qualified plumber leaks, drips and blockages no problem all aspects of building works and maintenance considered.
Scheduled to come to my property the next day to fix boiler. Assured me that he would appear. Took me 4 hours by coach to come to my property in London next day only to be told that he could not do it. Very unethical. Cost me £500 per day time off as an IT contractor + £70 national express coach return ticket and waste of time. This guy named Daniel quoted slightly lower than others but I guess you get what you pay for - I would not use sole trader like this next time due to how unprofessional they can be.

Damaged the dress table by using electrical screwing machine instructions clearly advise NOT to use an electrical screwdriver. The doors are not level and drawers not closing properly. Blamed the manufacturer but this is high end table from a respected manufacturer.. poor quality service.
