Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. Michael and (another) Craig turned up to do the job on the day, time given. Good, tidy job. Can't fault anything, from start to finish!! Would recommend!

George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. After giving this company 5 star rating i have now changed it to a 1 , did as they advised waited a few days for cement to dry then hosed my wall and left to dry wall looks bad,rang Chris who assured me he would come out on tuesday,no show i rang him using 3 phones as he blanked my calls said hed come out today,no show blanked my messages ,use at your peril now have hire someone to rectify his bad work

First class service indeed. Came when he said he would to look at the work to be done. Talked me through in plain English what was necessary and gave me a quote which was accepted immediately. He then arrived promptly on the day and carried out the work superbly and cleared everything up so that you hardly knew he's been here. Quick response, very polite during interactions and kept informed at every stage of the job. Issues were presented with solutions and outline of costs. Willing to work with you to the agreed solution. The guys were aware of their surroundings and cleaned up as they went along and took the waste with them. Work was conducted quickly (before the snow came) and i would use them again.

sorry 17-30 you sad 12 so over 5 hrs late no phone call saying sorry i'm late using other cladding which is wrong funny it was used on other side so he managed .... you seamed to want to do things your way so as to get more money and then never turned up..... that you will say my fault last quote on your job £65 like you never turned up goodbye

Spartan Construction is a new Business formed by an experienced workforce. We cover North West England but focus mainly in Lancashire and Cumbria.
Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5
