I didn't actually get another quote as I went with my gut instint as it was more important to get a good job. 2 storey extension ok initially organising others to come in and do work, had contract & payment plan from outset but as work went on communication became worse sometimes didn't turn up, no replies to messages etc ..no eye for detail in finishes had to get others to finish or put right his work.

Hadn't been told what we had said to sales about diggers not having access. Didn't look properly or measure access points. Then didn't hear from them for ages. Then phoned on Saturday eve asking if they could start Monday. Then turned up with a digger they couldn't get in.
