After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

The job was so much more difficult than any of us expected and had become dangerous so I needed urgent help. Luckily Mc Neil Property Services were ready and able to take it on at short notice. Very misleading. I was told if a part was required I would not be charged for the time to go & get it. What I didn't anticipate was being asked to order the part online. I was told that I would incur another 1 hour charge to come back & fix it. The charge is £62.50 per half hour, minimum 1 hour. Having already paid the hourly charge I declined as total cost would have been £250 ex vat. plumber was at my house for 20 minutes, charged £125 ex vat, toilet not fixed. Rip off

These guys were fantastic, turned up on time and did a great job. Ended up staying quite late into the evening fixing a mystery plumbing issue ( no fault of theirs) and didn't leave until it was perfect. They even came back 20 minutes later because they thought they'd forgotten to tidy something up. Couldn't ask for better service. Really nice, friendly people, who get the job done properly at a reasonable price. Would recommend and will be using again.
