After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. This is just a booking service. Bit of a con. Ring around yourself! I urgently needed boiler fixed and paid £120 (£180 on w/e) for fix that day.. plumber didn’t actually come until 3 days later. He did a great job and I would have gladly given him the wasted £120 on top of the call out and parts which I paid him. Save yourself money and if you can, ring a plumber yourself.
