After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

AJ did a great job repairing our shed roof - initially he quoted for replacing the felt but when he inspected he said it could be repaired saving us money. He kept us well informed about the job - we would recommend his company.

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Builder from hell, too much problems to list, poor workmanship, walls and tiles not straight, flooring laid incorrectly, water pipes not connected correctly causing leaks, walked out halfway through the job and refused my calls, he left me with expensive remedial work to correct his mistakes.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.
The tradesman fitted a gulley cover over the drain in the garden. It was made up of pieces of wood nailed or screwed together and painted with weather protection paint and measuring about 10in by 15 in. He was efficient. The job was done in about an hour. However, materials cost me £65.00 and I don't think it was worth it. I believe I could have bought the materials for much less than £65.00 and done it myself.
