I needed a quick but complete bathroom refurbishment. After being messed about by 3 other plumbers, Andrei was the only person who seemed interested in the project. He was very thorough and made sure I was happy with the results. He was able to look at every part of the project (Flooring, bath & Toilet installment & tiling), and stuck to the budget and quote that was established.

I can highly recommend Thor. Marcin has completed my loft conversion to a very high standard. His tradesmen have all been polite, careful, tidy and competent. I used the architect and structural engineer Marcin recommended and was pleased with their results. He had a company calculate the cost of the project so there has been no ambiguity about costs from the outset. The job has been completed to a high standard and I am thrilled with the result of his work! Am happy to recommend.

Although we did not hire this company for the internal building work we asked them to quote to put up decking and a fence in the garden. We can't recommend Arbiter Coatings enough! Bill was extremely helpful right from the quote stage to completion of the work. He offered us a solution to covering up the fake stone front of our home to give us the exact result we had hoped for when no-one else could. Turned up, looked at the job, said it was fine to start and that there job is fine and he will be able to do it. He put ova on the wall and then I came to check on him and he had left without saying anything and then blocked me on his phone saying he couldn’t do the job!

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.
