Marco came the next day and not only finished the job, but also removed the joined pieces which he had already fixed and replaced with a complete piece at no extra cost. Pathetic behaviour of the owner, I requested services for which i was asked to pay half of the money upfront, the guys turned up did not completed the requested job by saying its too late now we have to drive two hours to go back home? Never turned up to do rest of the work! Instead damaged my property never apologised for that neither returned to even check it. Avoid and dont pay in advance
The poor review I posted wasn't about the later repairs. It was about the inital calls and emails I made which took a week to confirm the original work date ( poor reliability) and the difference in value between actual materials used and labour (quality and value) .
