I've nothing against this professional - He tried to fix the problem, but it was a difficult job and beyond his capabilities - As it also was for a subsequent engineer! Marco came the next day and not only finished the job, but also removed the joined pieces which he had already fixed and replaced with a complete piece at no extra cost.
