To be quite frank Fadi kept it real with the pricing options and fitting cost, more then the others and in fact was 2k cheaper then one quote. Dean was responsive, helpful and proactive. He came out to attend our leaky bath tap quickly and replaced it. He was also able to fix our water stop tap and a leak on the hot water tank very promptly. As a bonus he was also able to confirm that our boiler did NOT in fact need £3k of work done under warranty as advised by a commercial firm last weekend! All in money well spent & we shall use Dean again without hesitation.
