Charlie was friendly, efficient and conscientious. He was good at sticking to pre-arranged times and kept us up to date with key information. We had 6 radiators replaced and a boiler fixed. Mireld contacted me immediately and agreed to accept a difficult boiler flue installation that 2 other heating engineers that visited refused to attempt.
