Stefan was polite and very tidy. He did a fantastic job of replacing my shower and at a competitive price. His work was to a very high standard and he was able to provide practical solutions when problems arose - such as floor not being level. He was able to do plumbing, carpentry and tiling so it saved me having to employ various tradesmen. He kept me up to date with messages and pictures so I could see the progress of the work. He completed the work on time.I would have no hesitation in using Stefan again

Excellent work by James and his team. Reliable and we were always kept informed.. Pointing, gutters and new window. Involved scaffolding which went up quickly and was down as soon as the job was complete. Radiators moved under the window. They used plastic cables instead of copper pipes and those cables are hanging under the radiators and are placed up on the wall instead of being above the skirting boards. Boiler apparently serviced but they didn't look inside the boiler and they didn't give me the boiler service form, only some printouts from outside mains, saying that that's my boiler service. Absolutely rubbish. I've been taken ripped off and now I have to pay again someone else to put things right.

The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. I did not want to rate him badly because there may be compelling reasons, this is the second bad experience in as many times I have had to use your website

Shocking work. Was quoted £1000 for the job of shower fit, tiling, moving a few pipes under the floor and sink and toilet. Colin FORGET to put the centre connecting chrome part on the shower panels...he cut the expensive panels short.....the tiling was shocking and so was the grouting.....he came with an apprentice whom had only been learning plumbing for a year and I suspect he may of done the work. We have paid him £500....but we have had to get a new tradesman in to redo the work. Have pics to prove!!
