Russell attended the site (my home) to discuss the options and provided a prompt and very fair quote which I accepted. I hate to leave a bad review but this job is worse than before. boris wallpapered a cupboard but 1.pulled out a shelf support to see whether to take it out & pulled away a large chunk of plaster, put it back& papered over it leaving a crumbling lump behind,2.advised not to pattern match the paper,3.ripped instead of cut paper,4.pasted the paper instead of ‘pasting the wall’ even though the paper & paste were labelled to paste the wall,5.left gaps &6.paper is peeling off less than 24h after the job end= £150

The job done is having issues. I have tried to contact Marlon, he said is gonna come back to look into it but unfortunately i haven't heard anything back. The extractor fan can't be switched off.
