BMD completed the job a head of time and within budget. The trades men were all good they respected our home and always cleaned up after themselves. Could not say a bad word about them (even the singing brickies). I am so glad I got these alterations done I got the right builder for the job.

Total waste of £200 and my time. I advertised to have my EICR done, Sean came on the day as agreed. However he couldn’t issue certificate as there were some small fixes to be done. He couldn’t do it on a day and arranged to come back in a couple of days, to finish the job but never showed up. Then said again, he will be couple days later but never made it. Now he is not even replying. I already paid for certificate I didn’t get and after waiting for over a week I have to pay someone else to do it.

John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service

Great work on our bathroom from this company. Clear and honest communication prior to the work. Started and finished on time despite a few unexpected bumps in the road. Top drawer standard of work. Would highly recommend and will for sure use again

I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading

He did phone ahead to say he was 15 minutes away, but it was actually an hour. Everything else was OK, got a quote, and he answered the questions I asked.

He Came out to my home, checked the wiring in bathroom and other fittings, provided me with a quote and never returned to finish job, tried to phone him and left text messages, he did not reply? Used the other electrician on rated people.
