Having spoken to Steve on the phone and by text, we agreed a date and time. However, Steve didn't turn up or call to say he wouldn't be coming. Very fast response. Fixed one of the problems but tried to get away with a lousy job for the other. When I said it was not acceptable, he changed the switch but didn’t do it correctly. As a result it kind of works but not as it should. I asked him to come and fixed it. He said he was going on holidays. I contacted him a few weeks later and he never replied. AVOID HIM. Not worth it.

Really good service. Came to have a look within a couple of hours of posting. Sorted the issue there and then after agreeing really decent quote for the work. All sorted and done within an hour....couldn't fault the work.

Couldn’t do a card payment and I’m still waiting for a receipt! Apart from that he sorted the job an hour after I phoned him… someone broke into the shop downstairs and turned off the electricity I’m guessing to disable the alarm both myself and a downstairs flat lost our electricity but it was me who phoned as I am disabled/housebound and I don’t have a landline so if I can’t charge my phone I’m knackered! After switching on the electricity I was charged £120 but I knew it wouldn’t be cheap…. Friendly chap
