Ryan Cohen, DO NOT USE this plumber as he is untrustworthy & uncommuniative, I paid him a substantial deposit and no work has been done to fit Central Heating. I have been unable to get my deposit back & don't get any replies to my messages. I also gave him the option of still doing the job with no response. Meanwhile the house renovation is stopped with no hot water or heating! :-) Didn't want to give any stars but post wouldn't complete without,

Calum quoted and gave a date for the job. He gave advice on materials. He turned up on time. The job was completed neatly( he tidied up after hims elf). He was friendly and efficient. Great job. Thanks to Calum, Dan, and Calums Dad . Would highly recommend.

Keith and his team did an excellent job on my very overgrown garden.It now looks like a lawn again instead of a meadow.I would definitely recommend them.

In summary, he took the tiles out and put panels but the shower frame is is leaking in two places, the shower head is twisted and not centred, head/cover of on/off shower valve is loose, he left towel rail leaking, did not fix the leak of toilet, he broke the on/off valve when trying to put it back and the towel rail valve so we had to buy new ones. We paid him £600, £100 by bank transfer and £500 he wanted cash. And now he is not answering the phone and not replying messages. It's been months now. Terrible

They said they had to inspect my property first! They unscrewed Electrical Sockets, and did not replace the screws. No work was done to my property. They did not come back, to complete any work. They took £180 of me for what? I have never used Rated People after that.

Dale and his team were brilliant. The schedule was set out and agreed in advance and adhered to pretty much to the day. The different trades turned up as planned and each one was excellent. We are delighted with the workmanship and the finished kitchen and would thoroughly recommend Dale, particularly with his experience of fitting Wren kitchens.

PB installed a new Velux window where an old skylight had been positioned. The job turned out to be more complicated than first anticipated. However, PBs staff stayed as long as the task took (working into the dark and coming back the next day) and charged no extra. They were punctual, polite, friendly, and professional and the job was reasonably priced.

They were prompt to come. Andrew was very clean as he wore shoe sleves to protect my floor. They were quick in repairing my anthena and now i can see the tv in all rooms. However, estimated phone cost did not match the final price.

He did phone ahead to say he was 15 minutes away, but it was actually an hour. Everything else was OK, got a quote, and he answered the questions I asked.
