I urgently needed a Qualified Electrician to install some new electrical sockets at my house as my Daughter was having a fitted wardrobe installed in a week but was lacking sockets in her room which needed adding, & my Son's room also needed sockets added. I am a an electrician with over 17 years experience. I specialise in domestic, commercial and industrial work, ranging from smaller jobs such as new sockets and lights, to bigger projects such as rewires and fit outs. I completed a City and Guilds apprenticeship when I first started in 2008. I am an inspector and tester so can faultfind, rectify and commission electrical systems.
Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

Jake responded very quickly and I was pleased to find a tradesperson in the area who could deal with faulty underfloor electric heating. Posted the job Saturday and he was there Monday morning. I had hoped the problem could be repaired but unfortunately the job is on hold as it requires a major refit. Very pleasant and chatty young man who knows what he is doing. Would use again.
