Having spoken to Steve on the phone and by text, we agreed a date and time. However, Steve didn't turn up or call to say he wouldn't be coming. There was no answer when I called him and I have heard nothing further from him. The 1* is for the initial contact but I found that he is unreliable. Cannot comment on his work as he didn't do any

He had a team come out to complete the job on the day that we agreed. Everyone in the team were polite and got straight on with the job. Tony got in touch to price the job very quickly and I was happy with the quote. Due to a few issues we had rearrange dates a couple of times, however Tony did complete the job on a Sunday to get it done and completed which I thought was great. The work was completed to a really nigh standard and I have asked for info on potential bigger job as I was very happy overall. Would definitely recommend
