Responded to my post immediately by phone, confirmed by email, fair price, punctual, excellent communication throughout the job, no unexpected charges, completed within the time frame estimated and no mess left behind. A good job done for a happy customer.
This job was a complete and complicated rewire of a large old farmhouse, including various extras such as security alarm, boiler and underfloor heating controls and renovating an old Victorian lantern. Chris has done an excellent job, and even though it turned out to be more awkward than he expected (beams in unusual places, ceilings that came down, boiler wiring being non-standard etc) he honoured the original quote and took the time to make sure it was done properly. The standard of work is very good and Chris perseveres with jobs until he is satisfied with the result. An example is the great care he took with the positioning of the kitchen lights. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

They arrived as per there schedule, they put on additional resource to meet a deadline and they were very helpful. I would use them again for other projects.
Pete arranged to come and give me a quote within a day and the reasonable quote arrived the same evening with a comprehensive explanation. He also arranged to come and do the work quickly and turned up promptly, was friendly, helpful and completed the work to a very high standard.
