Hung my TV up above the fireplace - asked me all the right questions to make sure it was ok to do so (type of wall behind the plaster, will the fireplace be used and double checked which way the electrical wiring ran for the socket installed on the mantle (now sits behind the TV). The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. OVER A YEAR LATER, and a couple of the lights had stopped working and I contacted Russell. Within 2 days, everything sorted with no charge for the new lights or the service.
