I have more than 5 years' experience as a professional handyman, however, if you count all he jobs I've done around the house and for friends over the years, then this increases to 25 years plus of DIY experience . This stair had been broken for a long time, and if I had known I could have someone like John come over and make everything so easy, I would have done it much earlier. The stair is now stronger than it was when the staircase was put in. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Great job and great customer service.

Luke's work was subpar; I strongly discourage hiring him. Initially, we agreed on rewiring my 3-bedroom house, but he misplaced the fuse box and made errors with switches and sockets.
