Kitchens are expensive installations so who would you prefer to use? He agreed to finish some work for us with a view to signing off the job he came twice, charged for the work both times which we immediately paid him for then went silent. We cannot get hold of him and he is completely ignoring us. Having been told various stories over the last few weeks as to why he couldn’t come, he has now decided it’s acceptable to ignore us. We would never have used him for the work he has done if he hadn’t promised to finish the job. He’s unprofessional and dishonest.

We have an old cast iron bath and had the bath panels to fix to it. We didn't feel confident doing it ourselves as it was quite a tricky job. Lukasz took time to get the measurements and the cutting was perfect. Looks great. Also we asked him to fix the old original bathroom door which has never closed shut. He put new hinges and shaved it and now it shuts. He did some plastering too. It took a day and charged his day rate (£150) plus a little extra for the hinges, plaster and frame. Great job!
