Russell attended the site (my home) to discuss the options and provided a prompt and very fair quote which I accepted. The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. OVER A YEAR LATER, and a couple of the lights had stopped working and I contacted Russell. Within 2 days, everything sorted with no charge for the new lights or the service. I was contacted by a couple of tradesman about the job I posted, one was Hass from Comforooms and one was Shef. Both of them were very nice, but we went with Comforooms, I would definitely consider Shef for future jobs too. Hass was very professional, polite, gave a written quote and reassured us that he would do a really good job, he had completed the task and my mum seems happy with the finishing, he has also guaranteed the work if anything happens again but ensured us that we won’t have future problems.

Fatjon did the most fantastic job installing my bespoke Plantation Shutters into the bay window of my Victorian cottage. He was punctual, considerate, polite & the level of his craftsmanship was first class. The shutters look amazing & so much better than I had expected because of his finishing touches.
