James has fixed the immersion heater and loft board issue. I came across so many plumbers, but James is one of the best plumber, who communicates well and gives a commitment to the job. Also for landlord's who can rely on his work, as I had bad experience in the past with another plumber who hasn't done it well. But James is the best for his work and very reliable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent work! I would give 10 stars if I could. This is a delayed review because when dealing with dampness, it is irrelevant what the work looks like straight after. Much better to look 6 months down the line. I can confidently say this father/ son team are way better than any 'damp specialist' I hired. Just look online, do your own research to find out what the problem is, then get these guys to do the work. You will not be disappointed. Went over and above what was required. Dean was responsive, helpful and proactive. He came out to attend our leaky bath tap quickly and replaced it. He was also able to fix our water stop tap and a leak on the hot water tank very promptly. As a bonus he was also able to confirm that our boiler did NOT in fact need £3k of work done under warranty as advised by a commercial firm last weekend! All in money well spent & we shall use Dean again without hesitation.

We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.

I hate to leave a bad review but this job is worse than before. boris wallpapered a cupboard but 1.pulled out a shelf support to see whether to take it out & pulled away a large chunk of plaster, put it back& papered over it leaving a crumbling lump behind,2.advised not to pattern match the paper,3.ripped instead of cut paper,4.pasted the paper instead of ‘pasting the wall’ even though the paper & paste were labelled to paste the wall,5.left gaps &6.paper is peeling off less than 24h after the job end= £150
