I received a very prompt service - even came out on a weekend! I would consider them to be very freiendly, reliable and good value for money. I will be having further jobs done in the near future and will definately use them again.

We spoke on the phone, I took photos and arranged for the job to be done today, 10th December, no text , call granting and no show. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

They ruined my kitchen cut holes where there didn't have to be holes I'm disabled and stuck ìn bed They left me with no water or electricity an noway to cook for a week in this heat I've had to buy new cupboards an pay à plumber electrician an joiner as well to fix there mess if I could give them no star I would

He did phone ahead to say he was 15 minutes away, but it was actually an hour. Everything else was OK, got a quote, and he answered the questions I asked.

Total waste of my time. Clearly advertised for a tradesman to install my alarm and they sent alarm salesmen instead. I will have use the yellow pages next time.Thanks.
