If I could give 10 stars for each category I would! I cannot say how happy I am with the finished job and with the clean and tidy way in which it was conducted. Patrick is obviously highly skilled and he works very hard. That said, nothing is too much trouble for this young man, and it's clear that his customer's satisfaction is paramount. I will absolutely be recommending him to all our friends and we have, in fact, already asked him to quote for another job.

Paul laid paving and lawn in my daughters garden, he did an excellent job, it's made such a difference and has transformed a miserable garden into a lovely space that they can use all year round, I would recommend his workmanship, he was a really nice person arrived always on time and did a great job.. Arrived exactly as promised and was extremely friendly and did a very efficient job on boiler service including replacing a graphite seal which I was unaware of the necessity of this being replaced on a regular 5 year basis. He also repaired a leak on the downstairs toilet radiator which was not charged for. More than happy to recommend James to anyone requiring a heating engineer.

I have more to add to my review. Doug Rose went above and beyond to fix the unexpected problems that arose with our rather old plumbing. Intending to lay new bathroom flooring, instead found he had to identify and cure a severe plumbing blockage, we were very lucky he was at hand. Unexpectedly our up pipe was filled with what looked like black sand having accumulated for years, recent work caused it to drop down and block everything in the bathroom. Expertly resolved by Doug, recommend, excellent work

The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!
