Ussman came around to service our boiler and diagnose a problem we were experiencing. I can honestly say that he is an absolute professional. He knew his trade inside out & managed to fully repair the boiler and it is running so much better now. He didn't leave until he was sure we were satisfied. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.
