Robert did an exceptional job for us painting our new staircase banister and handrail in the middle of an ongoing house renovation. He advised me on what paints and varnishes would work best, and detailed the preparation work. The finish looked professional and the varnished handrail came out great. This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.
