We had a leak coming from the pipework connected to the water tank. James identified the issue by us sending pictures and also by explaining on the phone. He was very communicative and kept us informed as to when he could do the repair. He and his colleague were really professional and knowledgeable. The attending plumber (a day late) wouldn't give a price, not even a rough estimate. Took him about an hour of work and was charged the exorbitant amount of £980 (some samples of the invoice: isolator installed £120, Re-sealed flexi and installed new rubber £120) BEWARE
