On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. Plumber Lawrence lied to my tenant that her and her son were lucky to be alive because my boiler was dangerously killing them that carbon monoxide detector was faulty. He wanted to change the boiler. I gave the job to a different gas engineer and the inventory agent both confirmed that the carbon monoxide detector was fine and it is still in use. I lost my tenant and rent, Plumber Lawrence did the same trick in my other property a year ago.
