Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.

Excellent customer service by the team. Fitted a new emergency valve cock lever to enable me to turn the toilet off. Fitted a new pipe to enable hot water to run through the new sink that was installed, so both hot and cold water work perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Very expensive, sent two people out who both failed to diagnose the problem and, in one case made the problem worse and then the ultimate repair cost more expensive. They come across as very helpful - but there doesn’t seem to much vetting of the tradespeople they use. Not recommended.
