He responded quite quickly saying he could do it by the end of the week. I said I would call him to confirm the time the next day which I did and left a message. Also messaged him again on here and no response. Very unprofessional and poor response. Louis dealt with a major water leak at our rented property, the day after we advertised on RP. To be honest, we’ve had the same issue before and it’s never been properly resolved. Louis diagnosed the issue and rectified the problem by re-doing the pipework and cleaning it all the way through. He is also sorting a stopcock which has seized up. He provided us with videos to show what he had done. Very happy with the work he did and for sorting this issue so quickly.
