Paul was busy for the first few days I wanted him but managed go fit me in on a Saturday morning. He fitted the replacement gas hob quite quickly, but was very helpful with advice about a potential new gas boiler choice which I subsequently proved with online reviews estabishing his veracity and quality service as the agent.

A fantastic job done by Ricky and Chris. They transformed the dining room into a lovely big kitchen installing units, appliances and flooring and changed the old kitchen into utility room. All work was done to a high standard. I would definitely recommend using them.

McMillan home improvements came promptly and checked our roof. They provided an estimate for some additional work that was needed to make the roof watertight. We accepted the quote and once again they attended promptly and made an excellent job of the repairs we had discussed.

I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading

Mr Macenzie's quote was in the same region as the other quotes. Unfortunately he left the work to his apprentice. The work when complete seamed ok though untidy. Unfortunately the boiler lost pressure, the pipes banged, the condensate pipe fell off the boiler and the radiators stopped heating evenly. He never turned up for appointments to fix. Then he did not return calls/ texts & email not active I have had to get another engineer to fix system costing more. Would discourage anyone from employing this man

Ricky and his team did a fantastic job replacing our felt flat roof with Firestone rubber. His work included installing all new trims around the edge of the roof so the house looks much smarter now. After some very heavy rain the roof is performing very well. Ricky has provided us with a 20 year guarantee which gives us superb piece of mind. Very happy to recommend Ricky and his team (his also repaired the roofs on two other properties in our family so we've seen plenty of his work!).

He did phone ahead to say he was 15 minutes away, but it was actually an hour. Everything else was OK, got a quote, and he answered the questions I asked.
