I withhold a full Gas Safe qualification as well as City and Guilds (level 1, 2 and 3) qualifications in plumbing. I also have a g3 unvented hot water cylinder qualification. The work was to replace a toilet flush. Mr Aslam was friendly and replied quickly. When he arrived he said the work would cost more than originally quoted. I was not home personally to check his work, to my detriment. The toilet was left detached from the wall be around 3 cm. 8 weeks later that toilet is leaking. I was really disappointed when Mr Aslam said because of the amount of time passed he would not return without charging me a call out fee and for any new work. Very disappointed and unsatisfied

I had new carpets fitted & needed 6 doors shaving because they weren't shutting properly any more. Dale did an excellent job & they are now all closing fine. It was actually quite a tricky task because most of them were heavy fire doors & 2 of them required re-hanging but Dale made short work of it & his communication was really good throughout & he also tidied up after himself. I would highly recommend Dale’s services & would happily employ him again.
