Charged £140 for a job I've told everyone other companies should be £60. Supposed to be fixing a leak and instead caused 2 more. Wanted to charge a further £60 to fix a problem they created. Very disappointed and dishearten

Ross was excellent from start to finish. He came out and gave an initial quote which was similar to other quotes we received. However, Ross was willing to investigate and repair a pipe before installing our water tank that others were unwilling to do.
